yesterday had training..this is what we do for yesterday..:

  • run 2 rounds of the stadium, non stop, OTOT
  • warm-up..(stretching, etc)
  • run 5 rounds of the stadium, non stop, OTOT
  • water/toilet break..(drink at least half of the bottle)
  • shuttle run..(dunno how many times)
  • do frog jump (5 sets)(to and fro)
  • water/toilet break..(drink at least half of the bottle)
  • star jump..(30 counts of 4)
  • sit ups-30..OTOT
  • stretch anywhere u wanna stretch
  • star jump..(20 counts of 4)
  • sit ups-20..OTOT
  • push up..(dunno how many time
at last,we're done..after that, proceed to cool down and rest while the other members of the hockey IG explain about the trial that'll happen on this coming fri..they gonna include mini games like ZAR,007 and so on..kinda fun..:)

all of our legs are jellyfied and as a result,i couldn't bend my knees cause once i bend my knees, that's it, im gonna fall..so,we (is and i) had no choice but to walk like disabled person..~oh well..whatever it is,im so glad that i manage to complete yesterday's fitness and it was fun..:)
